Foundation, Focus, and Fun The Little Dragons program is designed to bridge the gap between early childhood development and formal martial arts training. We focus on the "pre-skills" necessary for success both on the mat and in the classroom.
Fundamental Coordination: Developing balance, motor skills, and body awareness through high-energy drills.
Character Pillars: Introducing the concepts of respect, discipline, and following directions.
Safety & Awareness: Teaching young students how to be aware of their surroundings and listen to instructors.Tiny Tigers (Age 3 & 4): Introduces basic vocabulary, protocol, and movement fundamentals through games to build coordination, balance, and impulse control in 30-minute sessions (twice a week).
